Rubi Rose stands out amongst rappers for a lot of reasons. One is for her alto voice, and another is for being “unapologetically herself.” She’s a multi-talented rapper, songwriter, and model who doesn’t back down from rapping “The Truth.” Her first single “Big Mouth” had over 15 million views before she even released a mixtape. She’s a powerful force solo but also attracts likewise talent, such as her collabs with Future and PartyNextDoor or her latest single “No Clappin’ Shemix (Throw It)” with Erica Banks and Spiffy The Goat. Rubi Rose came in the door blazing, and her fire continues to burn brighter than ever.
GloRilla
GloRilla has made tracks–literally and figuratively–in only a short time. GQ praises her “deep and textured drawl” and credits it as one reason she went from an emerging rapper to a Grammy Nominee in only a year. GloRilla describes her music as “crunk and dominant” and her songs like “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” and “Blessed” back that up. Her collab …Tomorrow 2 with Cardi B went to the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100. If you see GloRilla at DAYLIGHT, you’ll agree: her performance is hot and a 100.
