Daylight Beach Club Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Lease Contest Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Daylight Beach Club, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period: The contest begins on April 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm and ends on April 20, 2024 at 4:00 pm. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Contestants must enter in person at Daylight Beach Club. Participation in this contest involves collecting rubber ducks from other guests who have cabana and VIP table reservations. Customers will receive one (1) rubber duck for every $100 spent. A special gold rubber duck, equivalent to fifteen (15) regular ducks, will be awarded for purchases of spirits or champagne valued at over $1000 per bottle.
Prizes: The Grand Prize is a one-year lease of a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Winner Selection: The winner will be determined by the number of ducks collected by the end of the Contest Period. In case of a tie, a random draw will be conducted among the tied contestants to determine the winner.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email and by announcement from the DJ booth by 6pm. If the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) minutes after the first attempt to contact him/her, Daylight Beach Club may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Daylight Beach Club, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Disputes: This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Nevada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Contest Results: For contest results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Daylight Beach Club 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Contest Period.
