Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the giveaway organized by DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB ("we" or "us"). By entering the giveaway, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

Eligibility

a. The giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

b. Employees, agents, or representatives of DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Details

a. The giveaway prize consists of one (1) comped stage table for Dr. Fresch's show on 6.17, accommodating the winner and up to nine (9) friends.

b. The giveaway prize includes entry tickets and a reserved stage table at the event.

c. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, food, and beverages, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.

How to Enter

a. To enter the giveaway, participants must submit their name and email address via the official entry form provided by DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB.

b. Each participant may only submit one entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

c. The entry period begins on 6/1/23 and ends on 6/15/23 at 12 PM (PST).

d. Entries received after the end of the entry period will not be considered.

Winner Selection and Notification

a. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

b. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within 1 day after the giveaway closing date.

c. If the selected winner does not respond within 1 day of the notification, an alternate winner may be chosen.

Prize Acceptance and Redemption

a. To claim the prize, the winner must provide all required information and complete any necessary documentation as requested by DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB.

b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

c. The winner and their guests must abide by all rules, regulations, and policies of the event venue.

Publicity and Content Usage

a. By participating in the giveaway, you grant DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB the right to use your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation.

Privacy

a. All personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

a. DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event or in connection with the use or enjoyment of the prize.

b. By participating in the giveaway, you release DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB from any and all liability in connection with the giveaway, including but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from your participation.

Modification or Termination

a. DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

b. In the event of any dispute, DAYLIGHT BEACH CLUB's decision shall be final and binding.

Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clarke County. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clarke County.

By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
