Waka Flocka Flame shot to fame with his debut album Flockaveli in 2010. He made waves with his hits “Grove St. Party” and “Hard in da Paint.” In his decades-long career, he’s collaborated with Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne, French Montana, Bobby V, and more. In 2011, he won the BET Hip Hop Award for Best Club Banger for “No Hands” featuring Roscoe Dash and Wale. He posed for PETA in 2011 with the caption “Ink not mink.” He received an honorary doctorate for his charity and mental health advocacy in 2020.
