- Monday, Jan. 13: Reserved for model cocktail server interviews.
- Tuesday, Jan. 14, & Wednesday, Jan. 15: Open for all other positions.
Open roles include cashier, cook, model barback, model bartender, model busser, porter, runner, security, promoter, and VIP host. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Model applicants are required to audition in swimwear.
