Contest Period: April 5, 2025 – April 15, 2025

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Daylight Vegas in partnership with @DJ30rack and @countrysandiego (collectively referred to as “Sponsors”).

2. Eligibility

  • The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Sponsors, as well as their respective advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate.

  • Participants must have a public Instagram account to enter and must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. Contest Period

  • The contest begins on April 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on April 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (the “Contest Period”).

  • Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

  1. Follow @DaylightVegas, @DJ30rack, and @countrysandiego on Instagram. Participants must remain followers of all listed accounts at the time of the winner announcement to be eligible.

  2. Like the official contest post on the Daylight Vegas Instagram page.

  3. Comment on the official contest post.

  4. For extra entries: Share the official contest post to your Instagram Story and tag @DaylightVegas (each share counts as one additional entry).

  • There is no limit to the number of Story shares, but each share must be a separate entry and include the required tag.

  • Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be disqualified.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a VIP table section at the Saddle Club event on May 3, 2025, at Daylight Vegas, including entry for up to eight (8) people and two (2) bottles of the winner’s choice between 50 Blue Vodka or Sauza Tequila (the “Prize”).

  • Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize: $1,000 USD (value may vary based on event pricing).

  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes, except at the discretion of the Sponsors.

  • The winner is responsible for any additional costs, including transportation, accommodations, or other expenses not explicitly included in the Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 16, 2025.

  • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @DaylightVegas within 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within 48 hours to claim the Prize.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsors’ discretion.

  • The winner’s name may be announced on the Sponsors’ social media platforms, subject to the winner’s consent.

7. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding.

  • Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  • Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the contest.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, participants release the Sponsors, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

  • This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

9. Publicity

  • By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Sponsors the right to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the Prize or as required by law.

11. Governing Law

  • This contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes arising from the contest will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
